Job Responsibility

  • Drive lead generation programs to fuel business growth across China region
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns to boost engagement and conversion rates
  • Monitor digital marketing campaign performance, analyze ROI, and recommend data-driven improvements
  • Analyze official website, social medias and all digital platform data to extract actionable business insights
  • Build and maintain real-time dashboards for performance tracking and executive reporting
  • Manage daily website operations, including content updates, user experience optimization, and technical coordination
  • Improve website traffic quality, lead scoring accuracy, and end-to-end conversion performance
  • Support SEO/GEO strategy implementation and related martech tool development
  • Coordinate with business units, global corporate communication and related department, and external agencies on digital marketing projects & initiatives
  • Provide cross-functional support to ensure seamless execution of digital programs
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to align digital capabilities with business priorities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, demand generation, or website & social media operations
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Proven track record in digital marketing campaign execution, website & social media management, and performance optimization
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in reporting and dashboard management
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and tracking methodologies
  • Experience with SEO/GEO implementation or related tools is a plus
  • Solid project coordination and stakeholder management skills in a matrix organization
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across regional and global teams
  • A fast learner with a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset, adept at independent work in fast-paced, agile environments
  • Based in Wuxi, with flexibility for occasional travel
