HabileLabs is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who can lead and improve our B2B digital lead generation engine. The role will focus on generating better quality leads through performance marketing, SEO, landing pages, email campaigns, CRM tracking, analytics, and AI-led marketing improvements. The ideal candidate should understand how B2B IT buyers behave, how digital campaigns convert, and how to improve lead quality from ads, landing pages, and nurturing journeys.
Job Responsibility:
Plan and execute B2B lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email, SEO, and other digital channels
Improve lead quality, MQLs, SQLs, and campaign conversion rates
Optimize ad performance through better targeting, keywords, creatives, messaging, bidding, and landing page alignment
Track CPL, conversion rate, lead quality, campaign ROI, and sales feedback
Identify campaign gaps and take corrective actions to improve results
Work on campaign-specific landing pages to improve conversions
Ensure forms, UTMs, tracking, and Zoho CRM lead flow are properly set up
Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Zoho CRM, and ad dashboards to measure performance
Build clear reports showing what is working, what is not, and what needs improvement
Support SEO strategy for service pages, blogs, industry pages, and lead-focused content
Understand LLM visibility and AI search trends to improve content discoverability
Plan and optimize email campaigns for lead nurturing, re-engagement, and service awareness
Use audience segmentation to improve email relevance and response quality
Use AI tools for campaign research, content ideas, keyword analysis, ad copy testing, reporting, and productivity improvement
Identify practical ways to use AI to improve campaign performance, lead nurturing, and marketing operations
Manage and guide marketing team members across performance, SEO, content, website, and campaign execution
Manage marketing budgets across paid ads, tools, campaigns, and lead generation activities
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for leadership with clear insights and next actions
Coordinate with sales, leadership, content, design, and web teams to improve overall marketing outcomes
Requirements:
7 to 8+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing or demand generation
Strong experience in performance marketing, especially Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
Good understanding of Zoho CRM, landing pages, lead tracking, and campaign attribution
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and UTM tracking
Experience in SEO, email marketing, lead nurturing, and reporting
Ability to manage budgets, teams, vendors, and cross-functional coordination
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to improve lead quality and campaign ROI
Nice to have:
Experience in B2B IT services, SaaS, cloud, AI, data, or enterprise technology is preferred
