Job Description:

We are looking for a versatile, experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive with the ambition and drive to step up into a Digital Marketing Manager role. Working within a collaborative team, you will be involved in all aspects of the marketing ecosphere, from Paid Media and PPC management to event and exhibition organisation. This role requires a well-organised marketer who understands both the creative and data-driven sides of the industry and because of our rapid growth, this position offers a clear and genuine pathway for progression into management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Paid Media: Assist with paid media campaigns across social & search
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Understanding campaign data to provide recommendations and assisting with marketing reports
  • Video Editing: Short-form social media content and marketing videos. Acting as the key liaison with our external agency on larger projects
  • Graphic Design: Create compelling visual assets for LinkedIn, blog posts, and print marketing materials, including merchandise and company brochures
  • Copywriting: Assisting with creating engaging copy for a variety of mediums (email / print / website)

Requirements:

  • Proven experience across a broad marketing ecosystem (both digital and traditional)
  • A balanced skill set that blends creative flair (design, copy, video) with a strong understanding of data and reporting
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A highly ambitious mindset with a strong desire to progress into a managerial position
