This is a senior digital role at the intersection of consumer experience, digital platforms, and M&A integration. The role will lead the deployment of consumer-facing technologies, data platforms, and emerging capabilities across the Beauty and Wellbeing portfolio, including newly acquired brands. You will own the digital and technology agenda for integrating acquired brands into a scalable, secure, and future-ready ecosystem while preserving what already works for them. The role requires strong product thinking, comfort with complexity, and the ability to translate technology into tangible business outcomes. You will work closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, IT, data privacy, cybersecurity, and external partners to deliver seamless consumer experiences across the full journey from awareness to loyalty.
Job Responsibility:
Digital Consumer Experience Leadership
Own the consumer technology roadmap across Beauty and Wellbeing brands, including acquired businesses
Deploy and integrate consumer experience and martech platforms such as CRM, CDP, analytics, personalization, and commerce tools
Design and scale data-led, social-first, and platform-driven engagement models
Enable capabilities across GenAI, chatbots, 1:1 communication, segmentation, and advanced analytics
Drive consistency and quality across the end-to-end consumer journey from discovery to repeat purchase
M&A Technology Integration
Lead technology due diligence and integration planning for acquired brands
Assess existing marketing, supply chain, finance, and consumer tech systems to identify gaps, risks, and synergies
Define future-state architecture aligned to enterprise platforms while retaining effective legacy capabilities
Own the end-to-end digital integration roadmap post-acquisition
Cross-Functional and Stakeholder Leadership
Act as the single-point integrator across marketing, IT, supply chain, finance, data privacy, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture
Build senior stakeholder alignment and influence decision-making across functions
Partner with external technology vendors and evaluate emerging startups in the beauty and wellbeing ecosystem
Governance, Risk, and Compliance
Ensure all digital initiatives comply with data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards
Maintain strong governance across delivery timelines, budgets, platform quality, and performance
Lead audits, risk assessments, and compliance checkpoints in collaboration with security and privacy teams
Capability Building and Knowledge Development
Build reusable frameworks, playbooks, and best practices for digital engagement and M&A integration
Upskill teams on digital platforms, product thinking, and emerging technologies
Foster a culture of experimentation, speed, and disciplined execution
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or Business
Experience in digital transformation, digital product management, platform deployment, or M&A technology integration
Strong understanding of consumer-facing technology stacks including CRM, CDP, analytics, personalization, and automation
Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Adobe, or equivalent ecosystems
Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in large organizations or fast-scaling businesses
Nice to have:
Exposure to enterprise ERP solutions, from demand capture to last mile fulfillment would be appreciated
