Job Description:

Media.Monks is looking to expand our creative service capabilities by hiring a full-time Senior Digital Creative Producer for our Performance Creative team. Reporting to the Associate Director of Creative Production, you will be a trailblazer helping to build the creative offering for a top performance marketing agency. You will partner with our Accounts Services team and alongside clients to develop creative that drives results.

Job Responsibility:

  • Possess an understanding of direct response media, platform best practices and creative execution for the sake of performance, along with willingness to learn the details of paid media strategy
  • Understand short-form video production processes, timelines, and how to run a project efficiently
  • Serve as the fulcrum between concept and execution, working closely in collaboration with clients and creative teams of Designers and Editor / Animators
  • Helping translate creative/client briefs into direct response design, video and animation assets for paid platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), both net-new and from existing client materials
  • You are a people-person and self-starter, who can speak creative in a way that bridges client vision with team collaboration throughout a timely production process
  • You kickstart new projects by reaching out to the right people at the right time and by being the right person when clients reach out to us -- responding to client briefs and co-creating pitches, treatments and proposals
  • Translate briefs into clear direction for Designers and Editor/Animators working across paid social and digital channels (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Google, CTV)
  • You are timely and punctual, setting up meetings and acting alongside our in-house creatives from pitch to proposal to delivery. You’re the pacer and peacemaker and guiding oversight on creative projects, principally responsible for timely and exceptional delivery
  • Scoping and quoting projects to agency rates, as well as establishing and maintaining project schedules
  • Comfort with copywriting / script concept and development alongside teams and clients
  • Act as the quality-assurance bridge between our internal team and your clients, providing internal feedback that makes external deliveries smooth
  • Serve as the production lead for full account workloads, not just individual campaigns
  • Develop production roadmaps that reflect where the client is headed, not just what’s due this week
  • Represent the production POV in client conversations, including timeline negotiations and scope discussions
  • Ensure continuity across campaigns, apply what you learned from the last cycle to the next one
  • Identify expansion opportunities rooted in production reality, not just client request
  • Partner with Editor/Animators and Designers on a variety of deliverables. As part of the team, you’ll collaborate with creative team members nationally
  • Look after the creative production process and improve the work by offering new angles, best practices and practical solutions -- ensuring projects meet and exceed our standards
  • Partner alongside Account & Channel teams in order to find opportunities to foster and grow new opportunities for the agency
  • Working across teams and time zones to develop design concepts to drive client paid media performance

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years experience in performance creative production, including independent ownership of multi-work stream retainer accounts (preferably at performance creative agency)
  • Portfolio is required
  • Client-facing communication experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills, exhibited in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep familiarity with short form content and production cadences
  • 4 year college degree (preferably in a related field) or equivalent work experience

Nice to have:

  • Attention to detail
  • Creative and can adapt to changing circumstances
  • Can prioritize and work within specific time frames
  • Top notch project management and ability to stay organized
  • Openness to team and client feedback
  • Strong time management skills to be effective and efficient
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Facebook/Instagram ad design
  • Experience with banner ad design (IAB standards)
  • B2C and B2B experience
  • UGC production experience
What we offer:
  • Excellent, full coverage medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Generous PTO and 15 company-wide holidays
  • 401k with company contribution
  • Paid parental leave
  • Work-life balance with an emphasis on personal well-being
  • Career growth in a disruptor space & entrepreneurial opportunities within the Monks network
  • A globally diverse & inclusive culture with employee resource groups such as S4 Melanin, Pride.Monks, Cultura.Monks, and more
  • Authentic commitment to DEI efforts and sustainable growth
