Our client, a large telecommunications company, is looking for a Senior Digital Copywriter for a remote long-term contract. The position requires a strategic and creative storyteller responsible for crafting clear, compelling, and performance-driven copy across digital experiences for consumer audiences. This role focuses on writing for web and app-based platforms, supporting end-to-end customer journeys that educate, engage, and convert users. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of digital-first storytelling, user-centered content design, and brand voice, with the ability to translate complex products and services into accessible, persuasive messaging. Experience working on large-scale consumer brands—particularly telecom or Fortune 500 companies—is highly preferred.
Job Responsibility:
Write and optimize digital marketing copy across web and app experiences, including customer journeys, learn and educational articles, landing pages, hero banners, and digital ads
Develop clear, concise, and on-brand messaging that supports user needs, business objectives, and conversion goals
Collaborate closely with UX, design, product, marketing, and strategy teams to ensure copy aligns with overall experience design and customer flows
Translate complex offerings, features, and technical concepts into consumer-friendly language
Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all digital touchpoints
Contribute to content strategy by identifying opportunities to improve clarity, engagement, and performance throughout the customer journey
Review, edit, and refine copy based on stakeholder feedback, performance data, and evolving business priorities
Support A/B testing, personalization efforts, and optimization initiatives by creating variations of copy as needed
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a digital copywriter, content writer, or similar role, with a focus on web and app experiences for consumer audiences
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital marketing copy across customer journeys, landing pages, ads, and other digital touchpoints
Experience working with large-scale consumer brands
prior telecom or Fortune 500 brand experience strongly preferred
Solid understanding of UX writing principles, conversion-focused copy, and customer-centric content design
Ability to write with clarity and precision while maintaining brand voice and tone
Strong collaboration skills and comfort working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
Excellent editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills with high attention to detail
