This is a senior digital leadership role responsible for accelerating consumer experience transformation across the Beauty and Wellbeing portfolio. The role drives adoption of marketing technology, data platforms, AI-led engagement, and scalable digital capabilities to enable insight-driven and measurable consumer engagement. The role sits at the intersection of digital product thinking, consumer experience strategy, technology architecture, and cross-functional execution. You will work closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, data, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and global platform teams. The objective is to build scalable, secure, and intelligent consumer engagement platforms that deliver business impact at scale.
Job Responsibility:
Lead deployment and integration of core digital and marketing technology platforms including DTC platforms, CRM, CDP, analytics, personalization engines, and consumer insight tools
Partner with brand, media, and performance marketing teams to embed social-first, data-led, and platform-driven engagement models
Scale capabilities across AI-driven personalization, 1:1 communication, chatbots, segmentation, and advanced analytics
Design and optimize end-to-end consumer journeys across awareness, engagement, conversion, and loyalty for Beauty&Wellbeing
Adapt global digital platforms and engagement models to the Indian market context
Strong collaboration across marketing, digital, supply chain, finance, data, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and external partners
Drive senior stakeholder alignment, influence prioritization and investment decisions, and ensure disciplined execution
Translate business objectives into clear digital roadmaps and measurable outcomes
Ensure all digital initiatives comply with data protection regulations, data governance standards, and cybersecurity requirements
Establish governance across delivery quality, cost control, platform performance, and risk management
Partner with cybersecurity and privacy teams on audits, vulnerability assessments, and compliance checkpoints
Strengthen platform resilience and reduce operational and data risk exposure
Build playbooks, frameworks, and best practices for digital engagement, platform adoption, and data-led decision making
Upskill teams on digital products, emerging technologies, and modern ways of working
Foster a culture of experimentation, speed, learning, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration
Strong experience in digital transformation, digital product management, marketing technology, or large-scale digital programs
Exposure to enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Adobe, and modern Martech stacks
Solid understanding of FMCG or consumer business processes across marketing, sales, supply chain, and finance
Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in matrixed organizations
Digital product ownership and consumer experience design
Strategic and analytical thinking with strong business orientation
Deep understanding of enterprise platforms and data ecosystems
Expertise in Martech, CRM, CDP, AI, and automation
Ability to translate technology investments into tangible business outcomes
Ability to bridge technology, marketing, and consumer strategy seamlessly
Track record of driving scalable digital adoption and measurable impact
