As a Senior Digital Consultant, you will be responsible for strategic, advisory, and delivery-focus on large, complex, transformation and major programmes. You will lead and manage our digital and data teams, partnered with disciplines, delivering impactful outcomes. You will identify the right digital solutions now and, in the future through informed and trusted relationships with our clients. You will drive adoption and integration of digital data driven platforms, including data lakes/warehouse, GIS, CDEs, SCADA, and ERP. You will identify barriers and create solutions for seamless system integration. You will ensure change is supported through training, communication and organisational change. You will identify, mitigate and manage risks and issues.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in programme and change management across complex environments
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms and operationalisation strategies
  • Ability to identify client pain points and deliver practical solutions
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • End-to-end delivery experience with qualifications such as APM PMQ, MSP, Agile

Nice to have:

  • Experience in defence, infrastructure, or public sector programmes
