Job Description:

As a Senior Digital Assortment Planner, you sit at the heart of Nike’s digital strategy. Your mission is simple but challenging: ensure we have the right product, in the right quantity, at the right time. You will drive financial results by balancing sales, inventory, and profitability across Nike's digital platforms.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create seasonal merchandise plans grounded in profitability and consumer demand
  • Turn complex data into 'learnings'
  • Lead weekly trading meetings to react to real-time sales and inventory KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities
  • Partner with Merchandising and Digital teams to align product assortments with financial goals
  • Improve planning processes and documentation to keep pace with the evolving digital marketplace

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in retail merchandising or planning (digital retail experience is a plus)
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with top-down/bottom-up planning and data modeling
  • The ability to turn complexity into clarity and influence a wide range of stakeholders
  • A self-starter with a 'can-do' attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Experience in coaching junior colleagues and leading cross-functional projects
