As our Senior Digital Analytics & Optimization Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming how we engage with prospects and customers across our digital properties. Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end CRO strategy and execution across Zuora’s website and landing pages, developing hypothesis-driven testing roadmaps that drive measurable improvements in conversion rates and revenue impact
Design and analyze sophisticated experiments including A/B tests and multivariate tests, to identify winning variations and scale successful optimizations across our digital properties
Build and maintain actionable analytics by creating advanced dashboards in Looker Studio, analyzing GA4 data, and conducting deep-dive funnel analysis to identify conversion bottlenecks and optimization opportunities across the customer journey
Drive technical optimization initiatives by serving as the primary liaison between Marketing and IT team, owning technical SEO improvements, managing Google Tag Manager implementation, and coordinating website performance enhancements
Champion data-driven decision making by monitoring website performance metrics (page speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile experience), collaborating with designers to optimize UX elements, and ensuring all optimizations are tracked and reported on with clear ROI metrics
Requirements:
6-9 years of experience in conversion rate optimization, digital analytics, or growth marketing roles with a proven track record of improving conversion rates through systematic testing and optimization
Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and A/B testing tools (ContentSquare, VWO, or similar platforms) with demonstrated ability to design statistically valid experiments and interpret results
Strong technical foundation including Google Tag Manager expertise, technical SEO knowledge (especially site performance and Core Web Vitals), and working knowledge of HTML/CSS and content management systems
Expert analytical skills with experience in funnel analysis, cohort analysis, conversion attribution, and identifying optimization opportunities from complex data sets
Proven cross-functional collaboration abilities with experience effectively partnering with design, development, IT, and marketing teams to implement optimization initiatives
SaaS or B2B experience with understanding of complex, multi-touch conversion funnels and longer sales cycles
Nice to have:
Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, DemandBase, or similar B2B marketing technology stack
Background in UX research as it relates to conversion optimization
Experience with WordPress or enterprise CMS platforms and landing page builders
Familiarity with heatmap tools, session recording software, and qualitative research methodologies
SQL or data analysis scripting experience for advanced analytics
