Job Description:

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Analyst with a strategic mindset—someone who sees analytics as a lever for business growth, not just a reporting function. In this role, you will own the analytical vision for the business, ensuring every insight delivered is actionable and drives real impact for stakeholders across Data, Marketing, Product, and Growth.

Job Responsibility:

Lead analytics projects from ideation through to delivery
Collaborate with the rest of the Data organization to turn data into high impact
Partner with Marketing, Product, and Growth teams to identify opportunities, design experiments, and provide recommendations
Be closely connected to other companies part of the Fever group to maintain best practices
Use and extend Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and app analytics platforms
Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and advanced reporting
Build and maintain attribution models
Contribute to a culture of data-driven experimentation and innovation

Requirements:

5+ years’ experience in digital/data analytics
Strong hands-on expertise with Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and app analytics solutions
Advanced SQL and Python skills (comfortable with ETLs, automation, and large-scale data processing)
Experience building and interpreting attribution models and working with marketing datasets (paid/organic, web/app, MMPs)
Comfortable designing, running, and analyzing A/B and multivariate experiments
Excellent business acumen
Confident communicator
Proactive, strategic thinker, comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Fluent in English
