As a Senior Digital Analyst, you'll deliver advanced analytics and insights that drive business performance and customer experience improvements within a specific domain at TUI. Working within the Customer Analytics & Data Solutions function, you'll conduct complex analyses, develop reporting solutions, and translate data into actionable recommendations while serving as a subject matter expert, providing analytical guidance to stakeholders and mentoring junior team members.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive business value
analyze customer journeys, conversion funnels, and identify key performance drivers
design and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions
create interactive visualizations while ensuring data accuracy and automating processes where possible
translate complex analytical findings into clear narratives and actionable recommendations
develop business cases and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
serve as a subject matter expert, provide guidance on analytical approaches, answer complex questions, and mentor junior analysts on technical skills
collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, develop analytical plans, and align analytics work with business objectives
implement process improvements, document methodologies, create reusable templates, and standardize analytical approaches to enhance delivery efficiency
proactively identify opportunities for analytics to add value, propose and lead initiatives that drive performance improvements and suggest new metrics to track
stay current with analytics tools and industry trends, continuously develop skills, apply new techniques, and share knowledge with team members
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics) or equivalent experience
proven experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields
strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex datasets and derive meaningful insights
proficiency in analytics and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Google Analytics
experience working in a data warehouse environment (Snowflake, BigQuery) with the ability to schedule pipelines
excellent experience with SQL and other data query languages
basic understanding of predictive statistical analytics techniques like regression and clustering
excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings clearly
experience with data storytelling and communicating results to senior leaders
strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a collaborative environment
Nice to have:
Experience in travel, hospitality, or e-commerce industries
knowledge of statistical methods and their business applications
experience with programming languages (R, Python) for data analysis
understanding of digital analytics, CRM analytics, customer analytics, A/B testing, data visualization best practices, and data governance principles
