Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Dialysis Nurses to join a modern, well-equipped dialysis clinic in the South London. Multiple vacancies are available due to service expansion and team growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident renal nurse ready to take on leadership responsibilities within a supportive, patient-focused environment. With strong nurse-to-patient ratios and a focus on professional development, this role is ideal for nurses looking to advance their renal career while maintaining work-life balance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Take charge of shifts and act as Nurse in Charge
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centred haemodialysis care
  • Support and mentor junior staff and colleagues
  • Monitor and assess patients pre-, during, and post-treatment
  • Ensure safe and effective use of dialysis equipment
  • Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Registered General Nurse (NMC)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a renal dialysis setting (essential)
  • Confident in leading shifts and taking clinical responsibility
  • Able to work full rota including early starts and long days
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills
  • Renal qualification (or working towards) desirable
