Senior DevSecOps Software Engineer - AI tools

Apex Systems is seeking DevSecOps Software Engineers who will provide engineering support for a new SW engineering initiative involving AI tools. In this role, you will design, develop, document, and implement optimized AI algorithms and models using industry‑standard methods and tools, with a strong emphasis on ethics, safety, and bias mitigation. You will evaluate existing AI tools for code generation and their applicability to mission‑critical systems, while also preparing, analyzing, and validating large datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability. You will test, document, and debug AI models and software systems; train and optimize model performance; conduct safety and risk assessments; and deploy scalable solutions into production environments. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams is essential to align AI capabilities with engineering and operational requirements. You will also stay current with emerging AI technologies, tools, frameworks, and regulatory considerations, contributing to the evolution of AI design best practices.
