Job Description

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer Technical Lead to lead and mentor a team of DevOps professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Job Responsibility

  • Lead and mentor DevOps engineers, promoting continuous improvement and collaboration
  • Maintain stability of observability platforms using Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and CloudWatch
  • Create actionable dashboards and alerts to prevent failures
  • Monitor system health and performance through robust logging and health checks
  • Ensure smooth release management and operational excellence
  • Administer and secure Linux-based systems, including patching and performance tuning
  • Conduct incident response and root cause analysis for production issues, ensuring timely resolution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps or related roles
  • Strong experience in CI/CD processes and release management
  • Hands-on expertise with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
  • Proficient in GitOps practices using ArgoCD
  • Solid understanding of microservices architecture and service mesh concepts
  • Skilled in scripting languages such as Python and Bash for automation
  • Strong familiarity with AWS services and cloud architecture
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills
