Senior DevOps Engineer

• Support in developing and implementing security strategies and aligning them with business goals
• develop, maintain, and improve policies in line with legal and regulatory requirements
• conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with standards like ISO 27001 and ISO 22301
• identify, assess, and mitigate security and continuity-related risks
• define and report on key performance indicators to track security effectiveness
• deliver programs to increase employee awareness and foster a security-minded culture
• create and coordinate tailored security concepts across departments
• plan and lead projects to improve information security and business continuity
• conduct audits and implement corrective measures based on findings
• ensure collaboration among IT, legal, compliance, and other teams on security matters
• provide guidance and resources to local security teams and units

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
• several years of professional experience in information security and business continuity management
• in-depth knowledge of relevant standards and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 22301
• strong understanding of risk management, compliance, and security governance best practices
• proven ability to define and implement security policies, processes, and performance metrics (KPIs)
• experience in conducting security audits, risk assessments, and implementing mitigation strategies
• excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels
• experience in leading or supporting security-related projects and initiatives
• ability to design and deliver training and awareness programs to promote a security-first culture
• professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, or equivalent are a strong advantage
• fluency in English and Polish, both written and spoken
