We’re looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD systems. In this role, you’ll ensure our systems are reliable, scalable, and secure — empowering developers to ship high-quality software faster and with confidence. You’ll collaborate closely with software engineers to improve automation, infrastructure-as-code, observability, and deployment processes across our environment.
Job Responsibility:
Infrastructure Design & Management: Architect, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure on AWS
CI/CD & Automation: Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines. Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Pulumi, Helm, and other Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools
Monitoring & Reliability: Implement observability solutions in Datadog to ensure system health and performance. Lead incident response and postmortem analysis to drive continuous improvement in uptime and resilience
Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices across infrastructure, pipelines, and deployments
Collaboration & Mentorship: Partner with engineers to promote DevOps best practices and guide adoption of new tools and workflows. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of learning and operational excellence
Requirements:
7+ years in DevOps
Experience working with AWS or similar cloud platforms
Ability to thrive in a fast paced startup environment
Ability to solve ambiguous problems without the need to be told exactly what to do
Ability to pick up on new technologies very quickly
Experience working with AWS services like EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, CloudWatch
