We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Platform team and play a key role in building, scaling and operating highly available, secure and cost‑effective systems. In this role, you’ll apply strong systems thinking and deep technical expertise to design scalable cloud platforms, drive DevOps best practices, and mentor engineers across the organisation. You’ll influence architectural decisions, lead cross‑team initiatives, and ensure our platforms are reliable, observable and secure. As our platform evolves, you’ll increasingly support AI/ML workloads and agentic systems, enabling intelligent automation and next‑generation capabilities across the business.
Job Responsibility:
Infrastructure & Cloud Architecture: Design and operate scalable, secure and cost‑efficient cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Kubernetes and Azure
Automation & CI/CD: Build, own and improve CI/CD pipelines and automation platforms that enable teams to self‑serve
AI & Agentic Systems: Support AI and ML workloads, including infrastructure for model serving, inference and autonomous agents
Monitoring & Observability: Establish strong monitoring, logging and incident response practices across complex platforms
Security & Governance: Embed security, access controls and governance across infrastructure and AI/ML pipelines
Technical Leadership: Mentor engineers, lead cross‑team initiatives and influence platform architecture and DevOps best practices
A security‑first mindset with experience in access control and governance
Comfort working with AI and ML infrastructure, or a strong desire to grow in this space
Proven ability to mentor engineers and influence technical direction
A collaborative approach and passion for building reliable, scalable platforms
