We are looking for an experienced AWS DevOps / Platform Engineer to join our Managed Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, optimizing, and enhancing our customers’ AWS environments with a strong focus on ECS, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code AWS CDK, and AWS monitoring/operations.
Job Responsibility:
Manage, operate, and troubleshoot AWS ECS workloads, containerized applications, task deployments, service scaling, and health monitoring
Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, including integration with CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, and other supporting services
Build and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS CDK, ensuring best practices for IaC, security, and scalability
Participate in day-to-day operational support as part of the AWS Managed Services function, ensuring high availability and reliability of customer workloads
Implement and support AWS monitoring & alerting stacks such as: Amazon CloudWatch (logs, metrics, alarms, dashboards) AWS SNS / EventBridge for notifications
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend improvements
Participate in on-call rotation (if applicable) and ensure timely resolution of platform incidents
Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth deployments and platform stability
Optional: Support and deploy lightweight web applications on Netlify where required
Requirements:
4–6 years of experience in AWS DevOps, Cloud Operations, or Platform Engineering roles
Strong hands-on experience with Amazon ECS (services, tasks, ALB/NLB, autoscaling, service mesh optional)
Solid experience with AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy
Proficiency in AWS CDK for IaC
Good understanding of logging, monitoring, and alerting across AWS platforms
