We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Lead DevOps with 5-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in building, deploying, and maintaining highly scalable, reliable, and performant enterprise-wide solutions. You will be instrumental in driving our DevOps culture and best practices, and ensuring the operational excellence of our critical systems.

  • Extensive experience and deep understanding of Java, J2EE, Microservices, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud frameworks
  • Strong experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub, Ansible, Tekton, Harness
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
  • Expert in implementing and managing comprehensive monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Splunk, ITRS/AppDynamics, and Jaeger
  • Proficient in identifying, designing, and implementing automation solutions
  • Leveraging AI tools for troubleshooting and applying Generative AI techniques
  • Ability to proactively identify system risks, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities
  • Provide architectural and technical leadership
  • Proficient in installation, configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of application and web servers (e.g., Tomcat, Nginx)
  • Experience in operational management and support of distributed messaging systems, such as Apache Kafka
  • Experience with API Gateway solutions (e.g., Apigee)
  • Expert-level proficiency in Linux/Unix environments, including advanced shell scripting (Bash/Python)
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
