Job Description:

Join Quinyx as a Senior DevOps Engineer to build a new internal developer platform, drive automation, and empower teams while shaping modern cloud infrastructure and workflows. You’ll play a key role in defining and building our new internal developer platform. This involves creating the frameworks, tooling, automation, and best practices that empower developers to own more of their operational lifecycle — reducing overhead, increasing autonomy, and enabling fast, safe delivery.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and build automation and self-service frameworks to streamline delivery
  • Improve reliability, scalability, and developer experience
  • Collaborate with engineers to evolve our DevOps and platform capabilities
  • Drive best practices in CI/CD, IaC, and observability
  • Optimize and further develop the established cloud environment
  • Design and maintain cloud infrastructure in AWS with a focus on performance, security and optimization

Requirements:

  • Prior experience building internal developer platforms, tooling, or frameworks that enable developer self-service
  • Deep experience in CI/CD and cloud infrastructure
  • Proficiency in scripting (Python, Go or Bash)
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes or containerized environments
  • Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
  • Understanding of security concepts such as Identity and Access Management (IAM), vulnerability scanning and network security
  • Experience building and maintaining build/deployment pipelines (GitHub Actions)
  • Solid understanding of observability tooling (logs, metrics, alerts, dashboards)
  • Very good ability to communicate solutions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Naturally proactive, structured and comfortable taking initiative
  • Collaborative mindset and a willingness to influence and guide others

Nice to have:

  • Experience with microservice architectures and service meshes (e.g. Istio)
  • GitOps methodology
