Develop optimization strategy: Create a roadmap for modernizing IBM i environments by integrating automation, cloud solutions, and DevOps best practices
Define strategies for self-service environments, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure-as-code to accelerate development and testing
Leverage marketplace innovations: Research and implement new technologies, tools, and services to enhance developer productivity and reduce cycle times
Performance & cost optimization: Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs while improving system performance, scalability, and reliability
Mentoring and coaching both clients and Modus teammates
Deep diving into customer needs and translating them into actionable requirements
