Radix is building the most trusted data and analytics platform in multifamily. As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Radix, you will help build and scale the infrastructure that powers our growing data and analytics platform. You will work closely with engineering teams to create reliable systems, automated deployment pipelines, and internal tooling that allows developers to ship software quickly and safely. This role plays a central part in strengthening the operational foundation of Radix as our platform and data scale rapidly.
Job Responsibility:
Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure that supports Radix’s growing data platform and application services
Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code practices using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar technologies
Build and improve CI/CD pipelines that enable engineering teams to ship code quickly, safely, and with high confidence
Automate infrastructure provisioning, environment configuration, and deployment workflows
Manage core infrastructure components including networking, compute, storage, and security across development, staging, and production environments
Improve monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability across production systems
Collaborate with engineering and SRE teams to improve system uptime, performance, and operational resilience
Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident improvements
Implement secure infrastructure practices including secrets management, access controls, and environment isolation
Mentor junior DevOps and infrastructure engineers while helping establish infrastructure standards and operational best practices
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, or a related discipline
Deep experience working with cloud infrastructure, ideally AWS
Highly proficient with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar technologies
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines that support frequent, reliable deployments in modern engineering environments
Comfortable working with containerized environments such as Docker, Kubernetes, or similar orchestration systems
Strong understanding of monitoring, logging, and observability tools
Naturally curious and enjoys improving systems, automating processes, and exploring better ways to operate infrastructure at scale
Demonstrates resilience when troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues
Adaptable and thrives in a fast-moving environment
Enjoys mentoring others and helping engineering teams adopt best practices
