Senior DevOps Engineer - Developer Experience

The Developer Experience team is part of Matillion’s Internal Engineering Platform organisation. You will work with Software Engineers to ensure that their experience in software development is both seamless and satisfying. This requires providing and maintaining efficient tools, frameworks, and infrastructure that facilitate fail-fast development. Using your leadership and technical expertise, you will design and implement complex processes and tooling. You will drive the use of Generative AI for Developer Productivity. You will also serve as a subject matter expert in areas such as source control, build, branching, continuous integration & deployment, and general development best practices. Our Developer Experience team advocates for developer needs by ensuring that those are taken into consideration in decision-making processes. You will provide timely support to and gather feedback from developers to foster a collaborative and supportive developer community. We look across Matillion to build central solutions, break down technical barriers and strengthen existing systems.
