Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as a development lead supporting cross-enterprise initiatives and large-scale product launches
  • Champion Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevSecOps principles to improve reliability, security, and productivity
  • Join the team responsible for the CI/Operational Dashboard—an internal monitoring and analytics platform

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of professional experience building and deploying full-stack web applications
  • Backend Mastery: 3–5+ years of experience with Python 3.11+, FastAPI, and SQLAlchemy 2.0
  • Frontend Expertise: Proficiency in React 18, TypeScript 5.x, and Material-UI (MUI) 5
  • Data Management: Strong skills in PostgreSQL (schema design/optimization), Redis (caching), and RabbitMQ
  • DevOps Tooling: Hands-on experience with Docker/Docker Compose, Jenkins (pipeline authoring), and Linux administration (Ubuntu)
  • Security & Testing: Experience implementing JWT/OAuth2 (Azure AD) and writing comprehensive test suites using pytest and Jest
  • Integrations: Ability to connect with third-party APIs such as GitHub, JIRA, and Jenkins for data reporting
  • Soft Skills: Strong bias toward action, ability to navigate ambiguity, and a commitment to clear communication within PRs and standups
