Job Description:

Our mission is to simplify and stabilize Citi tools and processes, helping developers put their energy into achieving their goals and making development at Citi rewarding. Responsibilities include championing solutions for Information Security, managing infrastructure processes, driving automation of manual tasks, and improving developer tooling and response times.

Job Responsibility:

Champion a set of practical solutions for Information Security
Act as a gatekeeper for remediation requests from IS teams
Ensure accuracy of tracking and timely closure of false positives
Help developers onboard to lightweight, effective security tooling both pre-commit and in the CI pipeline
Improve response times and reliability for security systems and data
Manage Firewall requests and ensure predictable handling
Support Unix and Wintel SAs, DBAs, and other infrastructure teams
Establish SLAs with infrastructure teams and track compliance
Challenge processes that hinder productivity without compromising security
Drive improvements in tooling
Monitor uptime of key services and enforce improvements
Support safe, consistent onboarding to Citi-approved identity management solutions

Requirements:

5-8 years of relevant experience
Experience in systems analysis, software development and development pipeline
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
