Job Description:

The position involves responsibilities such as developing digital applications, testing systems, and ensuring code quality. Applicants should possess strong knowledge in programming languages like Java and Python, along with expertise in Spark, Big Data technologies, and SQL. Agile methodology and problem-solving skills are essential.

Job Responsibility:

Accountable for development, design, construction, testing and implementation
Write secure, stable, testable, and maintainable code
Engage in digital applications development
Provide sound understanding of application development concepts
Consult with users, clients and technology groups to recommend solutions
Learn functionality, architecture, dependencies, and runtime properties of systems
Participate in development schedules and negotiate features
Improve processes to accelerate delivery and drive innovation
Ensure self and peers assess productivity objectively

Requirements:

4-7 years of overall experience in Development
2-3 years in Bigdata Ecosystem as developer
Spark with expert-level programming language experience in Python and/or Java
Expert-level knowledge of SQL
Good to have Banking Domain Knowledge
Agile methodology experience
CICD tool experience (e.g., GIT, JIRA, Jenkin, RLM, Lightspeed)
Big Data – Hadoop, Hive expertise
Unix Shell Scripting knowledge
Jupyter notebook experience
Strong coding and problem-solving skills
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Nice to have:

Banking Domain Knowledge
Jupyter notebook experience
Unix Shell Scripting knowledge
