Senior Developer

Slingshot is looking for a talented, senior-level developer who brings serious technical depth, strong engineering fundamentals, and a high bar for quality. We want someone who leads from the front, makes smart architecture decisions, mentors teammates, and takes real ownership of the work. You care about building things the right way, and you bring that standard to everything you ship. In this role, you’ll architect and build full-stack web applications, lead technical work across projects of varying size and complexity, and collaborate directly with clients and internal teams. The team you’ll join includes other mid and senior-level developers, product managers, UX designers, and QA analysts. You should already be working with AI coding tools as part of your daily workflow, not experimenting with them occasionally, but relying on them to move faster and build better. Just as importantly, you’re someone who embraces change, stays curious as the tools and landscape evolve, and adapts how you work as AI continues to advance.
