Job Description:

The Digital S/W Engineer Intmd Analyst is a developing professional role. The candidate will work in application development, specifically focusing on Spark, Python/Java, and Big Data ecosystems. They will design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure systems while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Job Responsibility:

Accountable for development, design, construction, testing, and implementation
Write secure, stable, testable, and maintainable code
Engage in digital applications development, risk technology, Middleware, Mainframe applications, Non Mainframe applications, Analytic Model Development, and Application support activities
Consult with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues
Recommend programming solutions for customer-exposed systems
Learn the functionality, architecture, dependencies, and runtime properties of involved systems
Understand business requirements, applications/services, and runtime operations
Provide technical context to team members and represent the team’s systems
Build and maintain integrated project development schedules
Negotiate features and associated priority
Drive technical implementation clarity and participate in performance discussions
Improve team development processes and automate code quality, code performance, and unit testing
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Requirements:

Around 4-7 years of overall experience in Development and 2-3 years in Bigdata Ecosystem as developer
Spark along with strong programming language experience in Python and/or Java is must
Should know SQL at expert level
Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
Experience delivering with an agile methodology
Spark along with strong programming language experience in Python and/or Java - Expert
Big Data – Hadoop, Hive - Expert
SQL , Database - Expert
GIT, JIRA, Jenkin , RLM, Lightspeed, any CICD tool - Intermediate
Coding / Problem solving skills - Expert
Unix Shell Scripting - Intermediate
Jupyter notebook - Intermediate
Exposure working on large development project with global team
Able to work independently with minimal support from peers
Experience running high traffic, distributed, cloud-based services
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Data driven and results-oriented.
