Job Description:

Ensure master data configurations meet governance standards by reviewing data models, rules, and workflows. Validate compliance, accuracy, and integration readiness to support business processes. Provide oversight for data quality and standardization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Participates in solution design, implements, and supports robust and complex MDM initiatives
  • Configure core master data objects. Maintain data models, attributes, and relationships in SAP MDG or S/4HANA
  • Defines workflows validation rules, derivations, and default values for master data fields
  • Set up approval workflows for master data creation and changes
  • Configure roles and authorizations for data stewards and approvers
  • Configure data replication between SAP MDG and target systems (ECC, S/4HANA, CRM)
  • Work with ALE/IDoc, SOA services, or SAP Data Services for integration
  • Lead the Development and Support of match-and-merge consolidation processes, data validations, hierarchies and interfaces for various master data objects
  • Develops inbound & outbound MDM integrations
  • Develops triggers, real time message queues
  • Implements and maintains production schedules
  • Prepares and executes test cases for master data scenarios. Document configuration steps, data models, and change requests
  • Supports production environment. Assists the research, troubleshooting, and resolution of data issues impacting MDM delivery
  • Participates in release management and ensures quality delivery to Production
  • Performs code reviews for others on team
  • Collaborates with teammates on design & structural changes necessary to satisfy master data business requirements
  • Implements master data loading strategies for inbound and outbound integrations
  • Maintains and develops technical documentation
  • Tracks and reports adherence to key MDM and Data Governance metrics/SLAs
  • Execute queries MDM HUB and other inbound/outbound databases as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • 4+ years relevant work experience
