Job Responsibility:

  • Design, develop, and implement OnBase solutions to meet business requirements
  • Administer OnBase environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability
  • Customize and configure OnBase workflows, forms, and document types
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective OnBase solutions
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for OnBase-related issues
  • Conduct regular system audits and implement necessary updates and patches
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OnBase with other enterprise systems
  • Stay current with OnBase product updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for OnBase configurations, customizations, and workflows

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Developer and Administrator for the OnBase Content Management System
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with both On-Premises and Cloud-based implementations of OnBase
  • Proficient in configuring, customizing, and optimizing OnBase workflows and solutions
  • Strong programming skills in relevant languages, such as C#, VB.NET, or Java
  • Experience with OnBase integrations and APIs
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the OnBase environment
  • Familiarity with best practices for data security, compliance, and document retention in the context of content management
  • Proficient in electronic document management systems
  • Experience in organizing, categorizing, and maintaining electronic documents
  • Knowledge of best practices in electronic document control
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance, including but not limited to HIPAA, SOX, PII, PCI, PHI, GDPR, CCPA, etc.
  • Proven track record of ensuring adherence to regulatory standards in document management
  • Ability to implement and monitor compliance processes related to document management
  • Expertise in developing and implementing record retention policies
  • Knowledge of document destruction policies and procedures
  • Proactive approach to ensuring compliance with record retention regulations
