Job Responsibility:

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems, including hardware and software deployments
  • Manage and prioritize IT incident queues, resolving Level I, II, and III technical issues across a variety of environments
  • Provide on-site and remote support for end users, troubleshooting issues related to operating systems, applications, and connectivity
  • Administer and support Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, application deployment, patching, compliance policies, and endpoint security
  • Maintain and support Active Directory environments, including user accounts, group policies, access controls, and authentication processes
  • Ensure secure and efficient management of network resources such as shared drives, printers, and permissions
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles for both IT staff and end users
  • Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvement projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience providing desktop support in enterprise environments
  • 4+ Years desktop/laptop/mobility hardware maintenance, repair and troubleshooting
