This is a Tier 3 role designed for an expert who thrives on resolving complex escalations, leading infrastructure projects, and mentoring junior talent.
Job Responsibility:
Engineer and automate our fleet management using Intune, SCCM, or JAMF
Replace manual tasks with PowerShell or Python scripts to build a self-healing environment
Drive high-stakes projects-from OS migrations to VDI (VMware/Citrix) and security hardening
Provide "white-glove" solutions for executive leadership and sensitive business functions
Guardian of Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, and Group Policy
Requirements:
5+ Years in high-level corporate deskside or systems engineering
Mastery of Windows 10/11, macOS, and the M365 ecosystem
Mindset: You don't just fix symptoms
you perform RCA to kill the root cause
Lead: You enjoy mentoring junior teams and setting the gold standard for SOPs
