Koddi's marketing team is hiring a versatile, hands-on creative who can unify our visual identity, accelerate content velocity, and introduce richer formats—especially video and web. As our team's designer you'll translate complex product stories into compelling experiences that fuel awareness, engagement, and revenue. You'll partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, and L&D teams to produce everything from social graphics to immersive web pages, bringing consistent, strategic design thinking to every touchpoint.
Job Responsibility:
Lead integrated creative concepts that align with marketing, product, and business goals
Convert complex product narratives into clear, visually impactful stories across channels
Produce custom social media graphics, ad creatives, eBooks, and blog/email assets
Create and templatize presentation decks and sales enablement materials
Design Koddi Academy courses with instructional design best practices
Film, edit, and deliver short-form videos (~3–5 minutes) for product education, marketing campaigns, and thought leadership
Design motion graphics, micro-animations, and promotional video snippets to support launches and social channels
Design and build engaging, on-brand webpages in WordPress
Optimize layouts, interactions, and performance to ensure responsive, accessible, conversion-oriented web experiences
Maintain and evolve WordPress templates and component libraries to speed future launches and ensure brand consistency
Safeguard and evolve Koddi's visual identity and design system across all asset types
Update style guides, refine templates, and champion cohesive brand expression in every deliverable
Explore AI-based tools to streamline efficiency
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Five or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least three years focused on hiring for technology roles
Proficiency in sourcing methods and recruiting tools
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System such as Greenhouse
Experience working with and supporting senior leadership during the hiring process
Ability to independently lead meetings and navigate complex hiring scenarios
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments
Collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving priorities
