Job Responsibility
Concept and craft innovative, strategically driven short-form video content (Reels, Stories, TikToks) for both organic and paid social media markets
Actively tap into current social media trends and adapt content strategies to platform-specific algorithms and audience behaviors
Communicate brand messages in a fresh, forward-thinking, and platform-specific way across all social media channels
Lead content creation efforts across platforms, including shooting videos and photos in retail locations to capture authentic moments
Collaborate hands-on with a creative team, including management, designers, and writers, to meet project objectives and deadlines
Support the development of breakthrough content and design that aligns with brand strategy and guidelines to drive traffic and transactions
Respond to monthly, weekly, and daily briefs from partners, adapting content based on constructive, business-driven feedback in a timely manner
Travel locally as required to capture on-site content (transportation not provided)
Requirements
8+ years of experience as a designer with related work experience
3+ years of experience in social media content creation and/or editing
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Photography, Media, Communications, or a similar field
Proven understanding of the algorithms for both Instagram and TikTok
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, and either Premiere Pro or After Effects
Proficiency in either CapCut or Splice
A strong portfolio showcasing relevant assets, including video content, IG story frames, carousels, Reels, or TikTok videos capitalizing on platform trends
Links to your personal Instagram and/or TikTok platforms
Skilled in photography and video capture using an iPhone
Understanding of typography principles

A sincere interest in content creation and fashion
A passion for and deep proficiency in social media platforms
Intelligent thinking, strong organizational skills, and a high degree of accuracy
