At Rapt, Senior Designers maintain a keen eye for detail while managing multiple projects, from conception to realization. They lead our designers and work closely with Studio Leads and Design Directors to ensure each project’s success. We’re currently looking for someone who’s got the confidence and creativity required to be on the frontlines of our work.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
8+ years of experience in an architecture or design studio
Strong experience leading project teams through concept design, design development, and delivery
Proven ability to translate big ideas into cohesive spatial experiences—balancing narrative, brand, and function
Experience collaborating with clients and partners to evolve ideas into aligned, buildable solutions
Fluency and working knowledge of production tools and documentation workflows (Revit//Rhino/SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
Familiarity with coordination across consultants, budgets, schedules, and approvals
State licensure (or active pursuit) encouraged but not required
