We’re looking for a Senior Designer to lead the visual and interactive expression of these experiences. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who can move seamlessly from concept to execution by combining design sensibility with front-end fluency. You’ll define and build elegant, performant experiences across the customer journey and bring together systems thinking, motion, and modern web technologies. You’re hands-on, detail-obsessed, and comfortable working at the intersection of design and engineering. Job Responsibility

  • Experience Design: Lead concepting and design for full websites, campaign experiences, and key interactive moments
  • Front-End Craft & Development: Translate design intent into production-ready experiences using modern web technologies (React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Interaction and Motion: Define interaction models, transitions, and micro-interactions that feel intentional, responsive, and refined across devices
  • Prototyping and Alignment: Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, motion studies, and coded prototypes to align teams, test ideas, and resolve complexity early
  • Performance and Quality: Design and build with performance in mind
  • Accessibility: Ensure experiences meet WCAG 2.2 AA standards
  • Data-Informed Iteration: Use research and analytics to inform decisions
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative leads, writers, engineers, SEO, and business partners

Requirements

Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 4+ years experience designing and shipping interactive web experiences for leading consumer or product brands OR Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 5+ years experience designing and shipping interactive web experiences for leading consumer or product brands OR equivalent experience (e.g., demonstrated experience designing and shipping interactive web experiences for leading consumer or product brands).

  • Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 6+ years experience designing and shipping interactive web experiences for leading consumer or product brands OR Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 8+ years experience designing and shipping interactive web experiences for leading consumer or product brands OR equivalent experience
  • 4+ years experience shipping products, services, or games and/or delivering to customers as a result of an end-to-end design process
