Senior Designer

• Fluently apply Base’s ‘concept first’ approach and ‘creatively strategic’ process to branding and be able to translate a brand essence into a relevant and differentiating brand identity.
• Brand story, Concept, Design, Activate: Be responsible for ideating ownable and differentiating concepts, experiences, and designs that bring the brand to life and develop complex brand ecosystems throughout various touchpoints.
• Defend and Manage: Be the day-to-day design representative to clients and build relationships of trust. When interacting with clients, be persuasive in defending ideas, and interact with them through clear communication and branding knowledge.
• Seek and work with talented collaborators that will enrich the quality of the work (creative developers, animators, art directors, photographers, filmmakers, etc).
• Provide guidance and support to younger designers.

• 4+ years creative experience
• Fluently works across creative disciplines and media.
• Expert understanding of current industry tools with the ability to adapt to new technologies (Adobe Creative Cloud, After Effects & Premier, Figma, UI, etc.)

Motion, 3D, type design and illustration experience is a plus
