Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Designer ( UI/UX & Webflow ) to own and drive the design direction across Rubick.ai’s products. This role requires a strong balance of hands-on design expertise and leadership skills. You will lead end-to-end design initiatives, define design strategy, mentor designers, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver exceptional user experiences aligned with business outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own and lead the complete UI/UX design lifecycle across multiple products-from research and ideation to execution and delivery
  • Build high-quality landing pages for Rubick AI and Rubick OS
  • Define and drive the overall design vision, strategy, and UX standards for Rubick.ai’s product ecosystem
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and Business Stakeholders to shape product experiences and user journeys
  • Translate complex product requirements and workflows into intuitive, scalable, and user-centric design solutions
  • Conduct and oversee user research, usability testing, and data-driven design validation to improve product experience continuously
  • Establish, maintain, and evolve design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components to ensure consistency and scalability
  • Review, critique, and elevate design quality across the team, ensuring high standards of usability, accessibility, and visual excellence
  • Mentor, guide, and grow junior and mid-level designers, fostering a strong design culture and best practices
  • Present design concepts, strategies, and rationale clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging tools, and UX best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Design, Fine Arts, HCI, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of overall experience in UI/UX design, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or mentoring role
  • Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar
  • Strong working knowledge of Webflow
  • Already have experience with building high quality websites for companies
  • Deep expertise in UX principles, user research methodologies, usability testing, responsive design, and accessibility standards
  • Proven experience building and maintaining scalable design systems
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design, problem-solving skills, and leadership impact
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives, set priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced product environment

Nice to have:

  • Asset design, interactive design, illustration, animation knowledge will be a plus
  • A good understanding of frontend fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
