Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Creative Specialist who can bring big ideas to life. In this role, you’ll develop and pitch creative concepts for integrated campaigns and lead the design execution across digital and social platforms. You’ll collaborate with marketing, content, and UX teams to deliver work that’s visually compelling, strategically sound, and consistent across all channels. This is a hands-on role where you’ll balance concept development with high-quality design craft, helping us create campaigns that stand out and drive results.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop bold, strategic creative concepts for integrated campaigns across digital, social, and experiential channels
  • Confidently present and pitch ideas to internal stakeholders
  • Design high-quality visual assets for campaigns, including social media, web, email, and paid media
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and responsive layouts for web and mobile experiences
  • Work within an Agile process, adapting quickly to feedback
  • Maintain and evolve Stride’s visual identity
  • Partner with marketing, UX, and content teams to align creative output with strategic objectives
  • Produce compelling designs that meet business goals and delight audiences
  • Stay ahead of design and cultural trends and bring forward-thinking ideas to elevate our brand

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years in creative roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital-first design, UX/UI work, and integrated campaign concepts
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Figma or similar platforms
  • Ability to confidently pitch creative ideas and influence decision-makers
  • Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and responsive design best practices
  • Excellent communication and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional eye for visual craft and consistency
  • Ability to approach creative challenges strategically and deliver solutions that meet business objectives
