Senior Design Release Engineer - Vehicle Sensing Hardware

The Role: We are looking for a highly motivated individual contributor who has knowledge of vehicle sensing hardware and a desire to work as a Senior Design Release Engineer (DRE). Broad technical knowledge combined with creative and independent thinking are needed to be successful in this role. This DRE will develop requirements and methods for using sensing technologies in new ways to solve challenges with Occupant and Pedestrian Protection systems, Chassis Dynamic Position Sensing, Thermal Vision, and/or Environmental Sensing. This DRE will implement new sensing strategies using acceleration, position and environmental sensors, radar, and camera technologies.
