Requirements
BOA Singapore recognized Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
15 years of experience in design and project management. Proven track record of leading large-scale projects and teams.
Active proficiency using industry-standard visual design programs, automated drafting software, and advanced building information modeling platforms
In-depth understanding of regional building regulations, construction methodologies, municipal code requirements, and sustainable structural design concepts
Strong leadership capabilities with advanced negotiation skills to engage cross-functional project leads, institutional regulators, and external stakeholder networks independently
