Job Responsibility

  • Direct the complete design lifecycle from conceptual layout to building completion, verifying that structural design parameters conform to target quality metrics and timelines
  • Lead structural and architectural compliance evaluations against local building regulations, environmental frameworks, and operational standard criteria
  • Supervise multi-disciplinary external consultancies, engineering counterparties, and specialist sub-contractors to align complex mechanical, electrical, and structural design interfaces
  • Oversee the timely verification of technical schematics, physical material submissions, variation orders, and multi-dimensional building information modeling databases
  • Evaluate structural readiness indicators for commercial handovers, conduct institutional design audits, and resolve architectural conflicts to safeguard project delivery targets

Requirements

  • BOA Singapore recognized Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
  • 15 years of experience in design and project management. Proven track record of leading large-scale projects and teams.
  • Active proficiency using industry-standard visual design programs, automated drafting software, and advanced building information modeling platforms
  • In-depth understanding of regional building regulations, construction methodologies, municipal code requirements, and sustainable structural design concepts
  • Strong leadership capabilities with advanced negotiation skills to engage cross-functional project leads, institutional regulators, and external stakeholder networks independently
