Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Design Manager / Product Experience Lead to drive the design vision, strategy, and execution across enterprise digital products. This role will lead the UI/UX function, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-centered experiences across web and mobile platforms while aligning design initiatives with product strategy and business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a design leader, strategist, and operator who can manage design teams, collaborate across departments, engage with enterprise clients, and ensure design excellence across complex digital ecosystems. This role plays a critical part in bridging business goals, product strategy, and user experience, ensuring that digital products are intuitive, scalable, and impactful.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and execute the overall UI/UX strategy across multiple digital products and client engagements
  • Champion user-centered design principles across the organization
  • Lead the complete product design lifecycle, including research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability validation
  • Establish scalable design systems, interaction standards, and design governance frameworks
  • Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers and product designers, fostering a culture of innovation and design excellence
  • Assign and manage design tasks, priorities, and delivery timelines across projects
  • Conduct design reviews and provide strategic guidance to ensure consistency and quality
  • Support designers in solving complex product challenges and improving design maturity
  • Partner closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into intuitive product experiences
  • Participate in product architecture discussions to ensure experience considerations are embedded early in the development lifecycle
