Job Responsibility:
Work as part of a cross-disciplinary team to design and develop next-generation products from concept to launch
Contribute to the technical roadmap by identifying new technologies and market trends
Create detailed CAD models
Develop mechanical, electrical and engineering drawings using Fusion 360
Drive continuous improvement across products and manufacturing processes
Develop mechanical components, electronic assemblies, and systems, with a strong focus on functionality, manufacturability, and reliability
Perform engineering calculations for stress, thermal, and tolerance analysis
Collaborate closely with applications, materials, procurement, and production teams
Support prototyping, testing, and validation of new designs
Troubleshoot and refine designs through iterative development
Create detailed CAD models and engineering drawings
Generate comprehensive documentation including BOMs, test plans, and design reports
Participate in design reviews, FMEAs, and risk assessments
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Proven experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer
Hands-on experience in product development, particularly in an R&D or manufacturing environment
A problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
Proficiency in CAD software (Fusion 360 preferred)
A genuine enthusiasm for engineering innovation and 3D printing technology
Nice to have:
Experience in designing automated machinery or electromechanical systems (control systems, sensors, actuators, conveyors)
