Job Responsibility:

Oversee and give technical input and guidance into production of both 3D and 2D drawings
Development and Training of engineering resources in CAD design deliverables
Manage and develop common working methods for CAD design production to ensure consistency and improve efficiency
Ensure CAD Quality control and checking processes are communicated and being met for CAD production in the team
Keep up to date with all technical quality management procedures, developments and specifications related to the discipline work scope
Ensure that the quality of all your deliverables before passing to others for review
CAD Delivery QC of outputs from the CAD team
Produce CAD models in AutoCAD Civil 3-D to support engineering studies and construction activities
Produce drawings, sketches, and reports to convey the outputs form Engineering to stakeholders internally and externally
Ensure, as far as practicable, that all assigned work is carried out in compliance with the agreed budget and programme

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 in many areas of CAD expertise
Experienced in producing CAD outputs with packages including but not restricted to AutoCAD and / or MicroStation
Minimum experience of 10years in a CAD role working to deliver construction engineering projects, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in the T&D Sector in a CAD or Engineering role
