Job Description

We're looking for an exceptional Senior Deputy Manager to join The Royal Foresters, Ascot – our flagship venue that has recently benefited from a £1 million refurbishment, cementing its position as one of the most aspirational hospitality destinations in the region. This is no ordinary Deputy Manager role. The Royal Foresters is a high-volume, multi-faceted business generating £100,000+ in weekly sales, with 24 beautifully appointed bedrooms, a thriving food and drink operation, and a reputation for delivering outstanding guest experiences. Located in the heart of Ascot, the site comes alive during the world-famous racing season, with Ascot Week presenting one of the biggest and most exciting trading periods of the year. Success here requires energy, resilience and exceptional leadership. We're looking for a Senior Deputy Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can confidently lead and inspire a large team, and has the ambition to develop into a future General Manager. This is an ideal opportunity for a strong operator who wants to gain experience in a flagship business and prove themselves at the highest level.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a high-volume hospitality operation
  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a large team

  • Confidence in delivering exceptional guest experiences under pressure
  • Ambition to progress into a General Manager role
