Job Responsibility:
Welcoming patients and managing front-of-house operations
Booking and coordinating appointments efficiently
Managing patient records and enquiries
Ensuring smooth day-to-day practice operations
Supporting patients through consultations
Explaining treatment options and associated costs
Assisting with finance and payment plans
Handling deposits, private treatment payments, and finance systems
Taking responsibility for reception standards and workflow
Supporting marketing initiatives, promotions, and open days
Working closely with clinicians, management, and admin teams
Requirements:
Previous dental sector experience preferred
Strong customer-facing healthcare experience considered
Confident in overseeing daily reception operations
Professional, approachable, and patient-focused communication
Comfortable using dental/medical software and Microsoft Office
Familiarity with implants, cosmetic dentistry, and aligners is desirable
Reliable, positive, and committed to delivering excellent patient care
