About the role: We’re looking for a strategic Demand Generation Manager to develop and execute end-to-end campaigns. You’ll be instrumental in generating and nurturing high-quality leads through innovative and data-driven strategies.
Job Responsibility:
You’ll be the czar of non-paid channels: email, webinars, and direct mail
Manage end-to-end demand generation campaigns, ensuring they resonate with our target audience and meet business goals
Develop and execute intent and interest-based lead generation programs, collaborating closely with Sales to nurture leads through the sales funnel
Measure and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to drive pipeline growth
Partner with our content marketing team to create compelling, targeted content
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure integrated and cohesive demand generation efforts
Requirements:
4+ years in marketing execution, preferably in B2B software
2+ years in campaign planning and execution in relevant industries
Proficiency with ABM software (e.g. 6sense, DemandBase), Salesforce, Hubspot, and Webinar Platforms (e.g. Zoom Webinar Solutions, On24)
Strong ability to work well across team
Excellent project management skills with a keen attention to detail
High sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple projects and webinars simultaneously
Ability to assess and prioritize workload in a deadline-driven environment
