Senior Demand Forecasting Manager

• Generates and owns the forecast, drives understanding of organic and inorganic inputs into the forecast
• Performs data analyses to identify trends, patterns, correlations, customer usage tendencies, and insights to develop new forecasting models and improving existing models
• Shapes short and/or long term (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly) demand forecasts and partners cross-functionally (e.g., Product Groups, Cloud Operations + Innovation, Marketing, Finance, and/or Channel Operations, Engineering)
• Defines forecast key performance indicators (KPIs), tracks forecast performance and develops plans to continually improve performance

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Technology (IT), Business, Operations, Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or related field AND 4+ years supply chain, inventory management or sales operations experience, preferably in planning (demand/supply/forecasting), cloud industry experience, infrastructure, data science, and/or channel management experience OR equivalent experience
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role
• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
