Job Description:

Senior Delivery Manager – Engineering to lead high-performance software delivery across distributed teams for a global SaaS provider with more than 250 employees across North America, Latin America, and other regions.

Job Responsibility:

Drive technical execution including code reviews, CI/CD oversight, and architectural refactoring for scalability
Manage delivery across global teams, ensuring sprint health, backlog readiness, and consistent velocity
Establish and monitor KPIs such as PR throughput, automation coverage, bug resolution time, and utilization
Partner with Product, QA, DevOps, and Data teams to ensure delivery readiness and release quality
Introduce and scale AI-assisted development practices (e.g., test generation, productivity analysis, automated reporting)
Mentor senior engineers and delivery leads, manage performance improvement plans, and support hiring and onboarding

Requirements:

8+ years in software engineering or technical program management
3+ years in delivery leadership roles in SaaS or high-growth tech
Strong technical background with ability to review/debug production code
Experience leading distributed engineering teams across multiple time zones
Hands-on knowledge of agile delivery, cloud-native architectures, and CI/CD practices
Familiarity with AI-driven development tools
Strong communication skills to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Spanish proficiency a plus

Nice to have:

Experience in high-growth SaaS or transformation environments
Exposure to intelligent automation, AI agents, or advanced data pipelines
Track record in performance management, SLA adherence, and observability practices
Frontend: Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript
Backend: .NET Core, C#, Node.js
Data: SQL Server, cloud-based data lakes, modern analytics platforms
Cloud & DevOps: Azure (or similar), CI/CD pipelines, containerization, Kubernetes
Monitoring & Quality: SonarQube, API testing tools, automation frameworks, BI dashboards
